Therefore each area in the machine can be accessed by both grippers. No space remains unexploited.
Storage and retrieval are entirely decoupled from each other and can therefore take place simultaneously.
For semi-automatic storage, the packages are scanned and placed on the conveyor belt. That is how simple it is! The patented transfer gripper at the end of the belt aligns the packages, measures and photographs them and then feeds them into the machine with a single movement!
If required, both models can be equipped with fully automatic storage.
Another highlight is the iScan 3.0. It scans 1-2D codes from different sides and transmits all important product information for the EU Counterfeiting Protection Directive 2011/62/EU within seconds. This information includes the central pharmaceutical number, expiry date, plain text reading and batch.
Whether seasonal purchases, storage of excess stock or preparation for a growing business, Apostore storage and retrieval systems will assist you in handling cubic or cylindrical shapes as well as bundle packages with ease (up to 5 kg total weight).
Hand in hand with the pharmacy team: High inlay buffers (through min. 4, max. 8 inlay trays) provide space for up to an additional 180 packs. The filling of the machine with a high quantity of packages runs continuously in spite of simultaneous retrieval.
With our space-saving feeder you can upgrade every for automated storage. Due to its fully automatic operation, it stores up to 150 packages per hour.
Our patented cleaning system automatically and regularly cleans the shelves of the Apostore machines.

The Apostore A-series machines are designed to fit your spatial requirements exactly. Thanks to a high degree of customisation, we can also redesign wall projections and chimneys, but also integrate outputs at almost any point.
